なお、あなたのフルネームや連絡先は、身元がはっきりした人にだけ、有料でお知らせしますので安心してください。

We take your privacy concerns very seriously, so your full name and contact information will only be provided to students whose identities have been confirmed and have paid a fee.
生徒さんからの連絡がくる
生徒さんがあなたの連絡先を入手すると同時に、その生徒さんの連絡先をあなたにＥ竏窒高≠奄撃ﾅ自動的にお知らせします。
その後、生徒さんから連絡がきますので、必ずあなたからも返事をしてください。
When a student is provided with your contact information, you will automatically receive an email informing you of the student's contact information. The student will then contact you, so make sure to respond.
生徒さんと連絡してみる
まずは電話かメールで、レッスンの場所や可能な時間、希望するレッスン料、体験レッスンの可否などを伝え、生徒さんがどのようなレッスンを希望しているかを聞きましょう。それから、実際に会う約束をしてみましょう。
初めてのときには誰でも緊張しますが、初めの印象が大切です。落ち着いて丁寧に対応しましょう。
You and the student will be in contact via telephone or email, and you will need to inform the student as to the location and times you are available for lessons, how much you would like to charge per lesson, and whether or not you are willing to provide a free trial lesson. You will also need to ask the student what type of lesson he or she desires. Once all of the details are settled, you and the student should schedule a time to meet.
Being nervous the first time you meet someone is only natural, but first impressions are important窶蚤lways be calm and polite.
生徒さんと会って条件を話し合う
個人レッスンを希望する人、グループレッスンを希望する人、仕事のため、試験対策、いろんな生徒さんがいます。
ここでは教え方や料金面だけでなく、レッスン可能な時間や、キャンセル時のルールなどを確認しておきましょう。同時に体験レッスンを行うのもよいでしょう。
先生と生徒さんの間の話し合いについては、お互いの責任で行っていただいており、当社としては責任を負えません。不明な点があれば遠慮せずに、きちんと確認しておきましょう。
There are all kinds of students. Some want private lessons, while others would like to study with friends. Some may need to know your language for work, while others may need help studying for a test. When you first meet the student, the two of you should decide what kind of lessons will be taught, what the fee will be, what times you are available, and what the rules are regarding cancelling a lesson. This first meeting could also be a time for you to provide a trial lesson if you wish.
Please note that all the conditions for the lessons are entirely between you and the student and that Sensei Erabi does not take any responsibility. If there are any points that are unclear, make sure to confirm them carefully with the student.

生徒さんはあなたにプロフェッショナルとしての仕事を期待しています。正しい言葉を教えることはもちろん、連絡なしにキャンセルしたり、遅刻したりすることのないよう、自覚をもって仕事をしましょう。
中には滞在期間が過ぎて帰国される方もいることでしょう。また、生徒さんの都合で条件が合わなくなる事もあるかもしれません。そういう場合はお互い合意の上でレッスンを中止して下さい。当然のことですが、くれぐれも無断で中止しないようにお願いします。
Students want a professional teacher, so in addition to teaching correct language, make sure that you show up on time and that you never cancel a lesson without notice. You may need to return to your home country at some point, or the student's schedule could change. In the event that you can no longer provide lessons to the student, please discuss the matter with him or her and cancel the lessons in an amicable manner. Do not cease providing lessons to the student without notice.
